GearPods Survival Pro helps you confront on-the-trail situations and emergencies with confidence, providing all of the convenience and versatility of the survival tools found in the GearPods Survival kit, plus the GearPods Stove System (minus the Burner). This self-contained system combines the GearPods CookMug and the emergency-use GearPods® Stove that burns solid fuel tablets. Two fuel tablets are provided.

GearPods Survival Pro is intended to be used in conjunction with GearPods® Health and, as such, does not include any first aid items. Similarly, other than nylon cord for lashing, it does not contain dedicated shelter components and instead complements the GearPods® Shelter kit.

Certain items have a limited shelf-life (e.g. Katadyn Micropur MP-1 water purification tablets). The shelf-life and expiration dates are clearly marked on low-adhesive labels within the kit. Keep track of expiration dates and replace as necessary.

GearPods may from time to time modify the contents of its kits to add, remove or replace components based on factors such as component availability or (more likely) new, improved components being introduced. Always familiarize yourself with your kit, the content list and contents themselves before use.

It is normal for solid fuel tablets to leave residue. Cleaning will remove most, if not all, of this residue.

Under normal conditions, one solid fuel tablet will bring 1 cup (8 fl oz) of water to boil (the GearPods CookMug is ~9.5 fl oz). Best results are obtained by both using the GearPods CookMug Lid to help retain heat and also deploying the windshield.
