We offer the following satisfaction guarantee: If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us for replacement, refund or credit within 30-days of initial purchase
. Products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. If your product is returned in its original condition, you will be refunded the cost of the product.
All GearPods products are covered against manufacturer defect by our one-year GearPods Warranty. Repairs or replacements covered by the GearPods Warranty will be provided to you free of charge. For repairs not covered by the GearPods Warranty we will charge reasonable repair costs that we will ask you to approve in advance.
Easy Repairs, Exchanges and Returns
