GearPods is committed to your complete satisfaction, and we stand behind every product we make. We want you to be delighted with every aspect of dealing with GearPods.
All GearPods products are covered against manufacturer defect by our one-year GearPods Warranty. Repairs covered by the GearPods Warranty will be provided to you free of charge. For repairs not covered by the GearPods Warranty we will charge reasonable repair costs that we will ask you to approve in advance.
In addition to a comprehensive one-year warranty against defect, we offer the following satisfaction guarantee: If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us for replacement, refund or credit within 30-days of initial purchase. Products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition. If your product is returned in its original condition, you will be refunded the cost of the product.
Easy Repairs, Exchanges and Returns
For any issues concerning product returns, please email our Customer Service department anytime at service@gearpods.com or call 800.891.2670 during our normal business hours (9am-5pm MST, Monday through Friday) and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.

Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)
Many of our kits contain items such as waterproof/windproof matches and solid fuel tablets. These items are classified as hazardous or flammable materials and as such must be shipped via ground/surface. For this reason we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, or FPO addresses. We also cannot ship to PO boxes.
Unfortunately our ecommerce software does not allow us to flag certain products as requiring special shipping and, until such time that a better solution presents itself, we reluctantly ship all US orders via Fedex Ground. This will add a couple of extra days to delivery.
GearPods offers free Fedex Ground shipping on all US orders over $99.
